Once a day and in the morning. Now ask the question when do people shower? I don't understand people that shower at night. You shower in the morning so you are clean and refreshed for the day!

Because waking up is hard and showers are relaxing before bed.

I like to be clean when I go to bed and I don't want to get up earlier to shower. It'd be nice and refreshing in the morning, but I don't like blowdrying my hair and it takes ages to dry on its own.

I shower at night so I'm not marinating overnight in the day's funk.

Not gonna drag all that sweat and dirt into my clean bedsheets, no way!

I tend to shower at night because I also like to sleep in, and that way I'm not rushed. I know that my Mum and Dad shower at night because my Dad hates the idea of anything dirty touching their clean bed sheets.

I shower at night because I always feel gross when I come home from work and really like the hot water after a long day. Even if it hasn't been hot and I haven't been sweating, most of the time my back will hurt. Plus, I like those few extra minutes of sleep in the morning. And something about a hot shower helps put me to sleep. It is just part of my night routine.

I do wash my face in the morning, though.

Usually at night. Sometimes in the morning if I have to be up early -- my shower is just the perfect mix of comfort and discomfort that climbing up towards consciousness isn't so painful.

And always immediately after mowing the lawn.

I shower at night because I don't want to get up early and so I can let my hair dry without having to bother with a blow dryer. Plus everyone else in my house showers in the morning, so I don't have to worry about waiting for my turn or anything.

I usually shower at night because that's when I go running.

For the past while I've actually been showering in the late afternoon, like between 4 and 5, but I work at home. If I have to go somewhere earlier in the day I shower earlier or the day before around 4-5. It's working for me.

As already said, I shower at night because I hate the thought of my bed being gross. I want to be clean and sleep in a clean bed. Plus, I have really long hair and it never dries in time if I have to go to work in the morning (and I try to limit how often I blow dry so I don't fry the ends).

Seriously though, going to bed dirty grosses me out. I don't shower daily but even if I don't, I wipe myself down with a wet towel. I know some people even wear makeup to bed, the idea makes me shudder.

I shower at night because I am more dirty and sweaty after being out and about all day than I am when I get up. And I don't want to go to bed feeling gross and dirty. And it is nice to have my hair mostly dry by morning. I don't use a blow dryer.

My entire schedule is irregular, and that includes my shower, but given a choice I tend to prefer the late morning. I hate cold showers, so I like to take a hot shower when it's still cool out - but my hair also takes forever to dry, so the day warming up is great for taking care of that. Second to the late morning, though, is the early evening - a relaxing wash right after I get home, but also hours before my actual bedtime so I can have my hair dry in certain ways (and because my skin dries out insanely from showers and I hate going to bed with my skin still dry).

I feel the same about showering in the morning
