In the Winter every other day or every three days or so. During the Summer, though, every day (though I only wash my hair twice a week or so), particularly this summer in DC. But I'm mostly showering at the end of the day partly for more sleep and partly because that is when I really want to shower. I come home from work all sweaty and gross.
