Every day unless I'm not going to work or running late etc. I unfortunately have a low tolerance for heat so I tend to sweat profusely while I sleep, which makes my hair a mess in the morning and can cause unattractive body odour during the summer.

Sorry F!S, to ruin the myth! XD
