Honestly, at this point (and not just because of this) I'm at the point where I can't take anyone who is "anti-brony" seriously, and not think they're a jackass. What all have they done? First faked child-abduction claims, this, all the complaining, while the evil bronies do things like clean up google safe searches, and raise money for people.

I don't even watch the fucking show.

Dude. There is a whole sub culture on Tumblr that is all for shoplifting. I think they consider themselves modern day Robin Hoods. Only with lip gloss and socks.

I can kind of see the socks, especially in winter*, but lip gloss?

* I mean, for people who need it, but I have a feeling that that's not the demographics that make up the tumblr shoplifting sect.

I just went into the tags there and also learned that shoplifting roleplay is a thing (where you post pictures of stuff you bought and pretend you stole it). Now I'm trying to figure out which blogs are really shoplifting and which are just RPing and I should probably just close the tag.

Brony hate is starting to get unnecessary. I know they have a horrible side to their fandom but so do most fandoms. And yeah, I certainly don't like that a certain section of male fandom tried to take over something I loved as a child, but I can still recognize that there are sane fans, and there are even some bronies that are harmless and can even do good.

People need to leave them alone unless they're actually hurting someone. Otherwise just let the brony be.

the problem is that "brony" isn't such a specific demographic that people want it to be. so being "anti-brony" isn't possible to really do because your target is so broadly defined. and then of course if you end up making an ass out of yourself, there's just shit everywhere.

Yeah that doesn't exactly send a flattering image.
