as someone else mentioned, it seems like you're sabotaging yourself a bit here because the longer the gap between chapters, the less returning readers you'll have, which means dwindling reviews.

still, as long as you don't make an obnoxious author's note that straight up says you demand x amount of reviews before you post the next chapter (I saw a lot of this back in the day on ffnet, haha) then I guess it's not that bad
