Well you could say "but that's just, like, your opinion man!" in response to literally anything someone says is bad behavior. But, obviously, it is my opinion. I'm not sure what else you want me to say.

Comparing a review quota to a situation where people are being paid doesn't really hold up. Expecting income and interest in order to pursue a piece of work is reasonable. Expecting interest to hold up to complete a WIP is reasonable. But setting a review quota and refusing to update, despite promises and communication with your fans, unless you get X number of reviews, is kinda douchey. And yes, that's my opinion, and no, nobody made me the Authority on Good Behavior, so you can take it for what it's worth.
