You'd think a real MRA would have issues with the single mother character just for being a single mother, though? They say she is the only sensible character.

That's why I think it's a troll, they claim the only good character is the one portrayed as a villain.

Also, their comment that the sisters "speak rudely to one another" as if that is proof that their family is messed up. Because kids from normal families are NEVER rude to their siblings.
