Honestly I was just using "classic beauty" as shorthand for someone conventionally attractive in terms of them being found pretty universally attractive.

Because I get that Natalie Dormer IS attractive, but her features are such that I would think there would be more of a variety of opinion regarding her looks. As far as I've seen on Tumblr, most of the people I know or have seen seem to regard her as absolutely drop dead gorgeous, which honestly surprises me.

It's not a bad thing and she's not ugly, but she's strange looking.

Classic beauty =/= conventionally attractive.

Currently conventionally attractive people are like, Jennifer Lawrence and Channing Tatum, and everyone who works on a CW show, who I find bland as all get-out.

Classic beauty usually means someone like, IDK, Lauren Bacall or Audrey Hepburn. Anne Hathaway is really boring to me, but she's a classic beauty.
