Seriously, I had such a hard time keeping from laughing when I got to that part. I was certain that I was reading a spoof creepy pasta.

This kind of reminds me of Laura Dern in Inland Empire.

IIRC, there's a sad story behind this picture because it's actually a Photoshopped picture of a (real) girl who apparently killed herself due to online bullying about her looks and weight. So I just find the picture to be sad.

I really hope that's not true.

Well it's the internet, so there's no saying how true it is, but apparently her name was Katy Robinson and here's the original picture of her, and her brother posting on 4chan to say that she had killed herself: http://cdn0.dailydot.com/uploaded/images/original/2013/8/1/jeff_katy_2.jpg

The only thing those two pictures appear to have in common is the tilt of the head.

This particular version of the Jeff the Killer picture is heavily shopped. There are versions of this less heavily edited which does look more like the original photo.

Honestly, as much as this story would make more sense if it's sole purpose was to mock a fat woman who commuted suicide, I still don't see it. It looks a little more likely, but not enough to be solid.

I don't think the unaltered picture in the link is supposed to be the original of the photoshopped one, though. Or at least that's not implied in the brother's comment.

From what I understand the Photoshopping of the picture into Jeff supposedly happened AFTER the brother's post on 4chan. It wasn't what caused the girl to kill herself. The shops and bullying he talks about in his post are unrelated and before the Jeff shop came into existence.

...I feel awful about the manatee comment now. I'm sorry, anonymous dead girl.

I guess this is a good a time as any to say I can't find Jeff the Killer scary. Like, he cut off his eyelids, but no one can catch him? Motherfucker HAS to be leaving a trail of empty eye drop bottles.
