Yeah, but in the series Aang was barely starting puberty by Season 3 and Katara was already through it. If he didn't change more than she did it would just be creepy.

True! I guess the pic could have been them when they were very young adults.

Edit: I do think it's a bit odd that Katara's using the exact same hairstyle - maybe that's what stood out to me. But then, she's still doing the hair loopy thing as a grandma, so I guess that's just Her Thing.
