Haha! Now that I look at it, it does look like Jason Segel! But it's a Tom Hiddleston pic I saw on my dash.

I'm actually weirded out by most fandom made items that have an actor's photo on things like pillows, t-shirts, tattoos.

I had completely misread this as you had been first dating Tom since before Thor came out and then as you were dating your brother.

I hadn't heard any insanity from them in a while....the fans, not your relatives.

I feel like Hiddles-mania has abated recently. Maybe it's just my corner of tumblr, I don't see him nearly as often on my dash as I used to.

This month it seems to be Chris Pratt for me.

It all Seb Stan and the Chrisses Evans and Pratt on my dash, with a side helping of Anthony Mackie. I love Tom, but it's a nice reprieve.

I feel desperately sorry for whatever woman Hiddles eventually marries (if he ever does). She'll be the most hated woman on the internet.

Really? I was not aware that fandom cared all that much about actors' real romantic life. The few exceptions seem to be instances where either the actor (or their significant other) ensured the overlap with their fans' fantasies would be unavoidable and irritating?

PS: I am discounting the fringe elements here. Yes, they exist, but they are a minority and their numbers are not that great.
