Harry Potter, Harry/Hermione political fic

A while back I read a Harry/Hermione fic that I'd like to read again.

Harry left the Wizarding World, during the Triwizard Tournament I think. He vanishes and no one knows where he is. A few years later his party wins a General Election, and Harry is made Prime Minister of the UK, with Hermione as his wife and several (adopted?) children. I think his Cabinet was all/mostly Muggleborns and Halfbloods.

Anyone know what story this is?

I don't know the fic you're referring to, but if you're just looking for fics where Harry becomes PM in general, I know of at least one other.

Be forewarned: it is conservative. Intensely conservative. Impossibly, unrealistically conservative. Rhetorically and aesthetically conservative. Fantastically and phantasmagorically and almost insanely conservative, TBH. Almost to the point of being a Deep England AU. But it has its good points.

I only read the first couple of chapters of this, so I don't know if it's what you're looking for, but:
