I had a classmate - not the brightest, not the most talented - but that boy could talk himself out of anything. He's the kind that could sell snow to goddamn polar bears. Save to say, he's doing far better professionally than some of the more smart or talented people in our class.

I really wish I could meet this person lol. I have only ever come across one other person that was this charismatic, and there's no way to hate him.

It's not even...charisma, not in the classic sense. It's honestly just knowing how to smooth-talk people and tell them what they want to hear.

Everyone on my father's side of the family has "the gift of gab." Unfortunately, I didn't get that gift. Or rather I have anxiety issues that sort of cancel it out. My aunt never finished high school and somehow managed to talk her way up the ladder to become a bank manager at a pretty nice branch here in the city. My brother is the same way, except he works in entertainment.
