Yeah, it's the prostate. The a stands for ass I guess? lol I've heard (or rather, read) it referred to that way a couple times in like online sex advice column type things but I don't think outside of that. I've also seen it referred to as the p-spot in those same types of things. I guess they just want to give it a 'cool, hip' nickname or something.
