It's an idea that there is someone who occasionally posts strange surreal secrets. It gets called "Tar Season" because the fist secret talked about a "tar season" when the roads were impassable.

Sorry no, I actually don't know too much about Starsky and Hutch except what I've heard from other fans.

I just saw the pic in the fanart gallery on fanlore's h/c page and thought it was nice and illustrative and had enough white space to fit some secret text. ~_*

Oh, is that what it is! I thought CurlyLocks was the Fourth Doctor, and at a quick glance the squiggly trim on his coat/collar could be the scarf. But I was confused as to who the other guy was.
