Also I'm pretty sure I was like fifteen in the dream, which kinda bothers me. He seems like a pretty non-skeevy guy from what little I know, why am I dreaming about him being an ephebophile?

Maybe because he was known early on for hanging out with a bunch of ephebes? Is that even a word? Youth!

The first Stan Lee script for X-Men had him thinking about the FEELINGS he had for Jean Grey, but that was dropped as early installment weirdness. I think it was something Stan threw in, then decided not to go with, or even forgot (he was editing a bunch of books at the time).
