I have a shortass attention span and I get impatient working on things for a while. Life would be so much easier if I could hold my attention span for longer.I'd get so much done

People who think a certain phrase automatically makes their argument better. I've been seeing it a lot with "doesn't exist in a vacuum" and "is a social construct" lately.

Can't help but feel frustrated with my poorness with all the income talk going on today. Damn, I wish I had disposable income. Scratch that, I wish I had income to repair the roof, the fridge, and the A/C. But I'm not going hungry, so I know it's petty for me to complain.

We all wish for those things, dear anon. Well. My fridge is working for the moment (no AC). But the roof and the plumbing? YEARS of frustration/waiting/other bills having priority. Such is life.

I spilled protein shake on my computer today and can't find out how damaged it is until it dries out. Not so petty because I rely on my computer to work, but still petty because I have an old one I can use and all my important files were backed up.

WRITING ELITISTS in the writing community I'm a part of.

It really annoys me when I see things like "ugh you write children's books?" and telling people to stop writing because they use a resource or method the other person doesn't approve of.

Just fuck them so much.

Honestly, you'll find the right one - it took me literally years, but I actually heard about one that was smallish, and when I went I ended up writing something very different from the stuff other people had written, and no one cared. They give you tips, not what they wish you'd written instead.
