it's been one year since i decided to let my hair grow so i've spent the last few days marveling at how long it's gotten.

Well, that IS new - I had noticed the gifs already.

Oh, it's out already? Cool.

The DVD isn't (afaik). I can't seem to find it on Amazon....it just keeps bringing up Instant Videos.

I noticed all the new HD gif-sets. I'm so happy.

I have SO many queued up. So mine won't be showing up on my dash for like...3 weeks (171 posts so far and I queue 7 a day [maybe I should increase that number....]). And I got a bunch still liked because I like to stagger posts and not do like...20 captain america ones at once.

Same, I try to stagger my posts about the same thing as much as I can(then I have instances like a day ago where all the gag reel footage came out and I gave up trying to stagger that, too hard).

Don't get me started on that gag reel. :C Why was there no Sebastian Stan? :CCCCCCCCC

Oh god I loved it so much but I knoooooowww, we didn't get anything of him and we know that he goofed a few times by falling down at least(and WALKING INTO A FRIDGE), I dunno, he didn't have a lot of lines to mess up I guess? But surely there was something? Anything!

Nothing spectacular. Still (slowly) losing weight. Ummm. My family that was visiting left today. Oh, I guess the Captain America bluray has found its way online. So now I have been liking all my favorite gifsets to queue up. But there is too many CA and not enough other stuff (I like to stagger how much one topic is posted at a time). I also need to think of something to GIF.

Man my life is dull. :P

Unfortunately no. There's a few things I'm hoping will change soon but it hasn't yet.

I'm going up to Sundsvall ( Sweden) on tuesday to meet my new niece for the first time and stay a few days with the family.

After that, I'm heading to Getaway Rock Festival in Gävle - also a first and I'm bouncing with excitement.I'll finally see Skindred live! Also Solstafir, Bigelf, Opeth and Powerwolf.

Not really. Hoping there might be soonish. For now the only "new" thing is that I've started watching Due South. Or, as I described it to my mother, "It Happened Because Of Reasons: The Show."

Moving in two days. I'm not ready yet.

Well, there's this restriction diet which is pissing me off, but seemingly helping my chronic issues, so I'm sticking to the awful thing.

I'm going to be in NYC for the first time EVAR in less than two weeks too (for friends' wedding), so that'll be new. I really don't know what to expect or how to plan. NYC has so many stereotypes about it, and... well, I'm from MI. Detroit also has many stereotypes about it, most of which I can say with certainty are way overblown (unless you're in specific neighborhoods). So the one thing I do know for certain is that NYC is way too expensive for me to stay in the city on my current budget, so I'll be staying across state lines, probably in NJ at a cheapo Super 8 or with friends in DE.

It'll also be my first extended road trip in the Prius, and I'm looking forward to that! I've seriously been going a month between buying gas, the MPG is so good, so it's going to be interesting to see how far I can actually get on a tank of gas. I've gone three hours from home and back without having to buy gas before, so a trip where I actually do have to stop for gas (probably? It's about a 10 hour drive) should be enlightening.

Have a safe drive! I think it was 4 years ago my mom and I drove out east from Indiana to NYC to visit my brother. Actually all I knew from going to NYC as a kid was the Port Authority Terminal. So that's where I went and then my brother took over driving. We stayed in the financial district which worked out well.

You'll be just fine, I have confidence in you. Every city has its stereotypes as you say. Just have a safe drive! The PA turnpike is boring as hell but just beware the cops. Actually I really do love PA but on the highway it does drag on. And the short merge lanes from oncoming traffic. And if you can and have time, make a few side trips along the way. My mom would suggest the Moravian Book Store in Bethlehem, PA.

I have a job interview tomorrow that could be huge for me... or it could be nothing, but at least I'm not desperate and can negotiate the terms for once.
