Depends which country you're living in, too. Factory farming is vastly worse in the US and China than in most other countries. I was very confused when I first saw a US recipe mentioning "grass-fed butter" because in my country the only time an animal will be in a feed lot is the 24 hours or so before slaughter. It's all "grass-fed".
