Yep, I had C cups at 10 (and D cups at 11 but fortunately it stopped at E cups by 13!) and there were only 2 of us in the class who needed to wear bras at all at 10. We weren't hanging around in skimpy clothing, though, we were covering up as much as possible to avoid the teasing and staring.
