The third movie pretty much was a parody, but the first iteration of those rubber suits were good for quite a few things. Like when the guy who played Mikey tried to give his wife her fantasy of making love to a superhero. He went into the bedroom wearing just the head.

Damn, I wish I could find that vid now.
