It's been going since the beginning of the summer, but nothing that would require locking down neighborhoods. Just a lot of documentaries and kids dressed as old-school newsboys handing out reprints of 1914 papers.

That sounds kinda adorable (I'm not sure if my reaction is appropriate, sorry if it isn't. During WWI my country's busy fighting their own thing)
