I just like the psychological torture aspect of them enjoying it. I could intellectualize it and talk about how it's an interesting take on the subject in a climate where people act like it can't be rape if you enjoy it and it's good to see narratives that know it's rape even in that situation, but really there's just something about the scenario that works for me.

Oh, I totally get there. I like psychological stuff, but the stuff in that vein I like is usually about one character being psychologically tortured by being forced to watch others raped/tortured.

I guess maybe because for me getting turned on by being raped seems a natural physical reaction, and while I get that for many people it causes issues, I have trouble getting into that mindset when reading a fic. It isn't something I actively avoid, but it doesn't hit any buttons for me.
