Post it if you want. Some people on tumblr will get it.

I also hate it when women insist they have only male friends because "girls are all shallow" or they "don't like drama" (like guys are never dramatic). Or act as if liking tomboyish or supposedly-masculine things (which is fine on its own) makes them superior to "girly" girls.

the cattiest, most two-faced and melodramatic people i've ever met in my life are men.

Yeah, most people gossip, most people appraise others' looks. It's a shame but it's how most people I've met are (myself included).

Yes! +100

My first ongoing summer job was in a nwarly all-male environment, and that cured me right quick of thinking men/boys couldn't be bitchy and gossipy. I liked them, but it was always a relief when the two or three women/girls in the group went out and did things together.

This. The worst drama I've ever personally witnessed was with guys. I don't know where this belief that dudes are all stable, not-catty, or rational came from but it's a bold faced lie.

I don't get that either. Whatever you like is fine, and not everyone is the same regardless of gender. People can be weird.

I also used to be kinda like OP, if not as extreme (many of my closest friends are/have been women, though not all), but I did kinda look down on ~~girly~~ stuff when I was younger.

It's a gross attitude.
