What sort of possession?

Body possession. Ghostly, demonic or otherwise.

I don't think I've seen any of that but I'm intrigued.

There's a lot in Teen Wolf, esp. since Stiles was actually possessed in canon. But if TW isn't your thing, it's not gonna help.

Best place to start is filtering with either demon!Stiles or Nogitsune!Stiles. Most are going to be Stiles/Derek fics, but there are some gen too.

I don't know whether this would count, or whether you like Aladdin/Jasmine, but there's an old kinkmeme prompt that I could link where she uses Jafar's staff on him.

Also, it's not fic, but there's some Bioshock Infinite art that involves Booker using the Possession Vigor on Elizabeth. It's vaguely distressing, but it might still be of interest (eta: I should add that it's not necessarily sexual. But it still might hit the kink).
