I recently was drawn to the "Humanity, Fuck Yeah" subreddit, the main focus of which is original science-fiction where Humanity kicks ass in some manner. After lurking for a little bit, I wrote a one-shot. Then a midquel. Then a sequel.

Yeah, it's pretty fair to say that my one-shots do not remain as such sometimes.

Slight tangent (sorry), but the idea of 'Humanity kicking ass in some manner' is so alien to me that it took me a second to comprehend what you meant.

Because I'm working on a Teen Wolf story. It's mostly going to be about Peter's hunger for power and his relationship(/manipulation) of Malia, but there's also a surprise Fix-It worming its way in.

Everybody was writing all the "I REFLECT UPON MY DAYS ON EARTH IT WAS FULL OF LOVE AND LAUGHTER SO I ENJOYED IT MUCHLY AND I HAVE FOUND MEANING AND WHY YES, IT MAKES SENSE THAT MY LIFE ON EARTH WAS HEAVEN! I LOVED IT" ... so I wrote the opposite of that as flippantly as possible!
