I for real love hosting dinner parties. Our last big one, we did a standing rib roast that was like a thing of beauty.

I can make yummy shrimp with orzo and some really good cookies/other desserts! I can bring video games! I can contribute music!

Should we have a theme? Décor? Fancy invitations?

Orzo is so yummy; I don't cook with it and I should remedy that.

I bet we have some FSers who could do lovely calligraphy for invites.

I have an N64 with classic Mario Kart, SSB and also Goldeneye. Also maybe I could finagle bringing one of my brother's more modern consoles with modern versions of MK and SSB (promise to bring him some dessert??).

This sounds better by the moment.

Potluck dinners are the best and I would totally bring dessert!

Oh thank goodness! I usually ask people to bring dessert because I don't really bake. I can make an awesome cobbler with pretty much any fruit but that's about it.

I love to bake and I know I've shared pictures of it here. I'd probably make us TARDIS cakes and dinosaur cookies because those are the best.
