Yup.

Mostly, when I get into a fight with someone online late at night/when sleep-deprived. I usually realize I was the dick (though more often than not unintentionally) when I read over what I wrote the next day after some sleep.

Namely, the more sleep-deprived I get, the more I forget that my body language and tone of voice doesn't carry over the Internet, so the less attention I pay to my word choice. Then the next morning, I re-read what I wrote and realize how my words sounded to the other person, and I usually end up looking like a dick in those situations. *shrugs*
