Apparently a lot of the customization features, like a colour wheel for selecting colours, possibly even a lot of patterns as well.

Ah, I think that refers to Create-a-Style? At least some of it? People are really mad about that. I never really used it, but I'm disappointed about the color wheel...wtf? That can't even be that hard to put in. :(
