ALL CAPS - I say small because more and more people do it. I think it annoys me more when people know what they're doing - it's still annoying even when I know it's someone's grandma who has no idea she just screamed at someone's Facebook status, but I have one friend who does it, and while I don't think she realizes how angry and kinda scary it makes her sound, she totally knows it's YELLING, based on the context. She does it for attention. And it's very irritating.

I want people to know that I'm excited...

AYRT

Well, depending on how you do it... I'm cool with "GUYS! News! I GOT INTO HARVARD! More info later." It's "GOING TO THE STORE TO PICK UP BLUEBERRIES FOR MY PIE RECIPE THEN TAKING THE DOG TO THE DOG PARK KTHX" stuff that bugs me. (Not the best example, but you get the drift.)
