So some people here have weird icons that are difficult to figure out what's going on in the pic, or have obscure actors/characters/quotes that people don't know the source of. Ask/wonder about them here!

It's from the cover of a collection of Billy Collins poetry called Aimless Love. I prefer Sailing Alone Around the Room but I love the cover of this one.

It's weird, but I don't think I actually even noticed what your icon was. I never really looked at it, even though I recognized it as you. I don't know what I thought, something abstract? Weird lol now I'll never not see it.

I always somehow missee it into a turtle on a bicycle. I really have no good reason for why, but I frequently think it's a yellowish turtle.

btw, I'm a logged-in regular, I'm just not even gonna admit to this stupidity. ;___;

There is something a bit turtle-ish about the shape, the curve of the back and all that. I don't think it's that embarrassing.

It took me months to figure out the pun that is gina's "Deep Space Nyan" icon. It's so obvious once I got it, and yet...!

Sarillia used to have this giraffe icon, and I used to think it was just the giraffe's head (like a meme type, only... an icon). Took me a good while to figure out it was just the top-down perspective.

Shortysc22 has a dude sitting on a hospital bed, and I have no idea what it's from but I feel I should :|a

Nan's icon. A gray guy with a red scar. Dethtoll's icon reminds me of Steve Rogers but idk. Cushlamochree's icon looks like an orange bear which is unusual. Chard's beard seems pretty random.

Guy Gardner (one of the Green Lanterns.) Though he and Steve would probably get along.

It's Jackeen J O'Malley. He's a fairy godfather from the old comic strip Barnaby ('cushlamochree' is his catchprase, that's where I got it from).

I can see where you're coming from, though, the coloring is a bit odd and it's very hard to see his fairy wings up there in the corner.
