Of the two, cake. I'm not fond of most pies, because I don't like what cooking does to fruit. Pumpkin pie is good, though!

This is a pretty great chocolate cake recipe. This is probably my favorite chocolate frosting recipe, and has the added bonus of being super simple. I usually increase the frosting recipe by one-third, so it uses 8oz. of unsweetened chocolate, 2 cups of sugar, and 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk.

*fist bump* YES! That's why I don't like pies, warmed cooked fruit isn't right. I can tolerate apple pie and pumpkin pie to an extent, but that's it. I now need chocolate cake at 3:30 a.m.
