Of course. Just the other day on Tumblr someone was mad at Littlefinger for what he did to Lysa, and when someone pointed out that she raped him, they went "Well did she really know she was raping him?" Because Littlefinger was delirious at the time and thought Lysa was her sister.

If a guy went after a delirious girl calling him something else and had sex with her, no one would doubt he was a rapist.
