Oh my god my brother is an anime freak and I always get a creepy hebephilia vibe from him ( and he's a teenager himself, it will be so much worse in a few years brr).
At least I get a lesson out of it: Never trust a man who's into fandom. Like literally every fandom guy I've met woul insist that attraction to little girls is 'natural' and defended said attraction tooth and nail. Oh and the sexism among geek men is unreal. Shared interests aren't worth it. Male geeks are trash.

Uh. By "fandom" do you mean "anime" and by "geek" do you mean "otaku?" Because that has not been my experience with male geeks at all.

"literally every fandom guy"

If you've only had your brother to judge all male fandom fans by, you should probably do yourself a favor and stop talking. If you've only been around one place and quit befriending men in the fandom after the third guy, you're probably limiting yourself to one fandom and can only blame yourself.

"Geek men" are not sexist trash that like only little girls. However, it's unfortunate that there is a group like this which does exist among the males. That doesn't mean every single man or even the majority of men in fandom has a taste for eight-year-old vage and thinks wimmenz should know their place in the kitchen.
