Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The acronym is used as a verb in the way OP is using it to mean sending a copyright claim to get something pulled off the Internet under the terms of the law. The dude in the secret got some of his art pulled off the tumblr Eschergirls despite the fact that it was probably fair use.
