Anything that is on tv all the fucking time is going to end up annoying me more then if it's only on once a week and is easily ignored.

In addition to it being dumb, it can be fairly offensive and these people are getting paid millions for... not great work.

There are just a lot of reasons it's easy to get annoyed with BBT, but I don't find it any different then how people hated Two and a Half Men or any other popular show that isn't great with quality (like GLEE.)

The people are getting paid millions because the show is making hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. It's not a fucking matter of quality. The sooner the internet realizes this, the better.

Yes I know this. But for one, I highly doubt that revenue is equally distributed among everyone who works on that show.

And for another, it's easy for people to get bitter when they see someone else get successful when they're not doing great work. When you're struggling people constantly tell you to work harder and to make your work better, no one ever says "Just find the easiest way to sell out."

It may not be right to judge them on how much they're getting paid but that's the nature of jealousy.
