I have a final tomorrow, and I did well enough on the midterm that I really only need a 50% on the final to pass the class with a C, but I'm at that point of panicking where I'm starting to worry that even that's not possible.

How do you all deal with the stress? I'm usually not this worried about classes, but for some reason, I'm terrified about this one? Anyone have any tips or tricks or calming animal pics?

Anyone else in school at the moment?

Do you play any sports/work out? I like to run when I have pre-test nerves, it helps a lot, but it's not everyone's thing. My classes don't start for a week and a half, but I'm nervous about starting them. Taking my last language class and my first 400 level class and I'm psyching myself out already.

I don't a lot, but I could try it. Good luck with your classes! <3

You can do it! It's like stepping over a low bar; be sure to double check your work but don't get severely anxious if something is right or not. A lot of times you'll end up redoing it and making the answer wrong.

Funny story, I actually got a question wrong on the midterm because I second guessed myself like that. |D

Thank you for the gif, it's wonderful. <3

Go out and do something with a friend, even if it's just for half an hour while you drive to the In-n-Out or something. Make your brain jump tracks for a little while. Hell, if you don't have any friends go do something by yourself, the point is to get you out of the study mode, being social is just a bonus.

Alternatively, run through your review materials one last time, then watch Whose Line Is It Anyway clips until you fall asleep/start crying with laughter.

Ooh, I might do that. Would be nice to stop for a little. |D

Though Whose Line sounds fun too... Hm...

Seriously, getting out of the house/room and shooting the shit with friends for a bit will help quite a bit. I just suggested Whose Line because I love it and in case you didn't want to go out.

It is a good idea, thank you. :D

I make my favorite food (which usually takes a couple hours, after grocery shopping, anyway), spend my time eating reading a really good book, watching the last episode of that TV (or M*A*S*H*, six of one), and really enjoying myself. Then I go to bed early, read more, fall asleep whenever I feel like it, but hopefully before midnight.

Basically, I don't stress myself out studying for it even more, and give myself a really good, relaxing day. Or evening, at least. It's good for my brain and my nerves!

Sooo, now that it's *way* after dinner, read a good book and go to bed. Then tomorrow, break a pencil! ^^

Sorry for the late reply, I got this message after I had shut down my computer for the night. I tried it, and it definitely helped, so thanks! :D
