It is Transformers Prime, which aired on Hasbro's network The Hub and is now on Netflix in its entirety! It was pretty decent imo, it drags a bit in the middle but the first and third seasons are great.

I meant Transformers in general, like the various series and comics. But I will take the secret and your comment as a general rec for this show and watch it!

Well, different iterations can vary a lot, all you really need to know is that they're giant space robots who turn into cars and planes and things and fight each other, which gets explained in every continuity anyway. Also, the fandom is full of slash shipping. :D
