I would like to see where you got that information, because everything I have ever seen says not to, unless you want serious damage to your sewer system (I do not). I mean, yes, they pass the 'flushability test' but that's just to see if they can get through the top of the pipes. That's not where they clog them.

No, they are definitely not. Don't flush them people! There's a high chance you'll clog up the pipes, and cause an inconvenience for someone else, or yourself.
