Oh they do. It just doesn't lead to riots.
Frankly no one curr.
And this is kind of right, because there is no institutional racism in any police force that encourages killing whitey. If a black cop killed a casper then it's probably because he had to, or felt like he had to, because if he did it unlawfully, he would 100% go to prison for a very long time. If a casper cop killed a black guy, there should be so significant examination as to why he did it, because there is a very real possibility that the reason is "Because I don't like niggers, and I think I can get away with it".
