I would totally agree with Coffee Prince. Also Secret Garden is one of my favorite Korean dramas.

haha, it's difficult for me to rec Secret Garden because from the moment the 'twist' happened I felt like the writers threw characterization out of the window in favor of laughing at the image of this supposedly high-powered CEO acting like an idiot :X
I haven't quite forgiven them for that... then again, I do know a lot of people who loved this show, so maybe anon will too :)

But he acted like an idiot from the start with his sparky track suits and insisting on showing everyone the label so they'd know they were expensive, LOL. But I understand. I didn't mind the gags so much from the twist because it didn't actually last very long, span too many episodes, iirc, and the resolution made me cry and then gave me warm fuzzy feelings, which sometimes just doesn't happen with the standard drama fare. Also Oska was amazing. I named my car after him, I loved him so much. So ridiculous.

the point is, HE acted like an idiot, but SHE didn't, only once she was in his body it was like she was infected with his stupidity, and no longer remotely capable or with the program.

I'm glad you enjoyed the series, though, and that it left you feeling happy :)
