There's Drama Fever (they keep giving me free premium memberships that's cool), and Viki (that also has telenovelas and cartoons). The selection between the two is roughly the same, although DF is more likely to have full series where Viki might be missing a season, depending on the show of course.

Apparently Crunchyroll has dramas too, but I've never bothered to check that out.
