Re: Weight Loss Tips?

Drink only water. No soda, no Starbucks (or whatever your local billion-calorie luxury drink is), no "tea" that's nothing but an HFCS delivery system, no smoothies, no booze, no "fruit juice," no real fruit juice. No "sugar free" drinks as most of that stuff taken in quantity is toxic. No diet shakes either - it's easy to drink one and then eat a meal immediately after, especially if you tend to overeat or stress-eat.

The goal of all of this is eliminating sugar - fat makes you fat but sugar makes you fatter faster. And US people (assuming b/c of timezones) tend to drink a ridiculous portion of their daily calories and most don't realize they do it.

Carry a water bottle, when you think you're hungry drink from it. Some people tend to confuse thirst with hunger and eat in order to get water, and need to learn what hunger actually feels like. Include water filled fruits and veg into your meals. If you absolutely cannot stand drinking water by itself, drop a fruit wedge in it or make unsweetened tea.
