(Anonymous) 2014-08-19 12:04 am (UTC)(link)I'd personally be incredibly lonely if the only person I had in my life to love was my SO. Maybe I'd find it mind-blowingly perfect if it was in comparison to having literally NO ONE to love/no one to love me, but I'd be miserable without friends no matter how awesome my romantic relationship was. Romantic love is great, but it can't totally satisfy all of a person's emotional-social needs.
