The Things We Do For Friends (Words: 233): This was part of a prompt challenge to change a canon scene in a thousand words or less. So I altered the final Martouf scene in the episode "Divide and Conquer," and gave Teal'c a bigger role.

The Secret Life of Percival Weasley (Words: 13,815): Set around book six, at the height of Percy's estrangement from the Weasleys, this story exposes what he was really up to all that time -- and just why he returned Molly's Christmas sweater. I wanted a reason for it, other than "Percy's been a fool," and got this idea after reading a newspaper series about officer training school. Add battle wounds, parental angst and a healthy dose of regret and stir.

ODDITY
Doogie Howser, MD
The Rise and Fall of Manboon (Words: 742): Doogie is hit by a car while helping Vinnie film a movie. It's just a little something that popped into my head to give Vinnie a chance to shine in an emergency and to care for his friend. I thought about expanding it out to bring in the Howser parents and hospital staff, but ultimately I didn't. It's an oddity because for the longest time, it languished at the bottom of my stats page, with barely 100 hits until recently when it jumped leaps and bounds to the very top. With absolutely no indication of why.
