I know that Sara is a liability to the group and it made sense for her to die. But after so many fans creepily celebrated her death and claimed she “deserved it.” And the Telltake employees publicly and gleefully stating how much they wanted to burtally [sic] kill her because she “wasn’t normal.” I felt kinda disgusted.
And considering it’s implied that Sara has anxiety, it kinda comes off as ableist and insensitive.
And honestly, killing Sara off is a HUGE watse [sic] of potential storytelling and character development. They could of [sic] showed her growing more as a person and learning to adapt in an apocalypse [sic] world without her father. Hell, in the early episodes, Clem even shows her how to shoot a gun, just like how Lee showed her in season 1. It seems like it was building up to something, maybe Clementine would teach Sarah how to survive, just like how Lee had taught her when she needed it. But NOPE. Let’s just kill her off because trying is hard and she’s “not normal” so she doesn’t deserve to live. Dammit, Telltale I’m dissappointed [sic]. :(
SB! anyone who likes or defends Sara is apparently a delusional SJW who projects too much.
