It's backwards thinking to blame the patriarchy for men hating women. The patriarchy wouldn't have formed and lasted if men didn't hate women first. For men, hating women always has been and always will be like breathing. It was nature and not nurture all along.

Nah. It's that People Love Power. Back when patriarchy first got kicked off, men were better at getting power because they, on average, have more physical strength. Then they realized that they could perpetuate their power more easily by hating women. That's why any group that finds itself with an advantage over other groups is very likely to start punching downward.

There may be something to this, but I would have said "some men" rather than just "men." Most of the men I've known don't hate women, even where some of them do have some pretty boneheaded ideas about us. But I imagine there's always been a percentage who did (and do,) and who've gone out of their way to build that into human institutions wherever they could.
