Thanks, Iceyred. :) I'm only taking two classes this term but they are both pretty intensive. One is Western Heritage and I'm presenting a discussion facilitation on Tuesday. The other is Research Methods in Human Development and the teacher seems to delight in terrifying her students. I'm trying to put together my peer-review for my partner this week and it's just a mess of garbage at this point. I'm terribly unprepared to do this work at this point. It doesn't help to know that I will have this teacher for my Comps class during the second half of the Spring semester either.

On the other hand, I've gotten unofficial word that I'll be joining the Honors program when the second half of the Fall term starts. I'm not so sure that's a good thing at this moment. That's probably just the feeling of being overwhelmed coming out but I'm really intimidated right now.

Prolly going to have some of the Tennessee Honey I've got in the freezer in a few minutes. The SO won't give me a hard time, he's taking a long soak. LOL

The Western Heritage thing sounds okay but OMG Research Methods, no no no I can't do this. DNW. The only advice I have is that you should try and terrify your teacher back.

You can rock the Honors Program. If they want you then you must've impressed them.

Yeah, I feel you. If I'd gotten this class earlier in the program, I think I would have dropped out. My reaction to the first class was a very visceral DNW indeed. Now I'm scrambling to figure out what I need to do to pass it. I'm not proud, a C will be just fine with me.

Thanks for the vote of confidence! I'm really not sure I'm pleased right now, the RM class is soooo complicated and I feel really ditzy, but I am sure that my panic will fade and my happiness will grow. Just gonna keep plugging away at this workload. :)
