There are points where I go 'No hon, your fave isn't 'problematic', your fave is a piece of shit.' because people want to tiptoe around crap.

See, it was great when it still had the meaning of "This isn't explicitly or deliberately racist/sexist/whatever, so it would be unfair to assign malice to its creators, but it does draw on some unfortunate old stereotypes and ideas, which are worth criticizing."

Now it just means "evil". Which is a waste, because we really needed a word for the first thing.
