I'll admit, i have no problem with Ahsoka herself.

I just have a problem with the mere existence of a padawan for Anakin. A padawan…for…Anakin. It just doesn't make sense to me AT ALL with the way I understand the prequels. So I ignore the existence of the Clone Wars.

If you're talking about Anakin reaction at being denied the title of Master, the show does have an explanation for that. hell, the entire show pretty much fixes the flaws of the prequels pretty damn well.

It's not that really.

For me, it's just that I can't roll with the idea of Anakin being handled that responsibility.

He'd barely turned 20 in Attack of the Clones. And it's not like he was super-mature for his age or anything.

I suppose.
Still, not really an excuse to "ignore the existence" of TCW.

I've watched a few episodes.

It's just not for me.

I have trouble with it because it's too episodic. I'd prefer if there was one continuous storyline. I also think it's just too long and I don't have the time or energy to invest in it.

I'm just a Star Wars movie fan. If you enjoy it, more power to you. But I don't include it in my personal Star Wars canon. That's all.

Why bring it up then bruh?

It was your mention of Ahsoka!

That and I was reminded of a poster on the Jedi Council Forums who HATES her guts and goes off on rants about her.

I watched a few episodes of The Clone Wars and although I never liked the show itself, that wasn't due to Ahsoka -- she was fine.

It's okay -- seriously, no need to apologize.

I read over my post and saw how my saying "It was your mention of Ahsoka!" could be read as kind of dickish and accusatory (which wasn't what I was trying to do).

I just read your first post about her and it reminded me of the long rants of her being a Mary Sue I used read on the Jedi Council Forums and I thought I'd throw in my two cents. I just thought I'd mention that I liked Ahsoka even though the premise of the show didn't work well for me.
